A mixture for the chewing gum which is composed of powder-mixture and of a core composed of normal substances for the manufacture of chewing gum (sorbitol, gum Arabic, aromatic substances) and from the addition of the two active substances of caffeine and taurine in a concentration of caffeine from 0,77% to 3,75% and of taurine from 7,7% to 39,6% by weight. The taste of this mixture is deprived of a significant bitterness by the addition of Galium odoratum (woodruff) in a concentration of from 0,3% to 7% by weight, alternatively, it may be replaced by or supplemented with green tea from 0,2% to 4% by weight, where these additives reduce the bitterness of the mixture. It is also possible to add the above substances directly into the core, where, however, the concentration of the content of those substances is lower.L'invention concerne un mélange pour la gomme à mâcher qui est composé d'un mélange de poudre et d'un centre composé de substances normales pour la fabrication de gomme à mâcher (sorbitol, gomme arabique, substances aromatiques) et de l'ajout des deux substances actives caféine et taurine avec une concentration de caféine de 0,77 % à 3,75 % et une concentration de taurine de 7,7 % à 39,6 % en poids. Le goût de ce mélange est dépourvu d'amertume significative grâce à l'ajout de Galium Odoratum (Aspérule odorante) avec une concentration de 0,3 % à 7 % en poids, alternativement, elle peut être remplacée par ou complémentée par du thé vert de 0,2 % à 4 % en poids, ces additifs réduisant l'amertume du mélange. Il est également possible d'ajouter directement les substances ci-dessus dans le centre, où, toutefois, la concentration de ces substances est plus faible.
