PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wash-free rice that can bring about a cooked rice uniformly having loosening property, gloss, flavor etc. without adding edible oil during rice cooking.SOLUTION: Provided is a wash-free rice in which an oil/fat composition solid at 15°C and containing straight-chain saturated fatty acid of 10 to 12 carbon atoms by 10 to 100 mass% in the constituent fatty acids of the oil/fat is adhered on the surface of a raw rice.
