PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic microscope which allows an operator and an assistant to observe an image on an observation portion, without generation of optical loss, with a simplified structure.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic microscope comprises: an illumination system a light reception system a main ocular system a sub ocular system and a control part. The illumination system radiates illumination light to an eye to be examined. The light reception system comprises a left imaging element and a right imaging element, and guides return light of the illumination light which is radiated to the eye to be examined to the left imaging element and the right imaging element. The main ocular system comprises a left display part, a left ocular lens system, a right display part and a right ocular lens system. The sub ocular system comprises a pair of display parts and a pair of ocular lens systems. The control part controls the left display part to display an image based on an output from the left imaging element, and controls the right display part to display an image based on an output from the right imaging element. The control part rotates the image based on the output from at least one of the left imaging element and the right imaging element according to a position of the sub ocular system to the main ocular system, for displaying the image on the pair of display parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡素な構成で、光学的な損失を伴うことなく術者と助手とが同軸に観察部位の像を観察可能な眼科用顕微鏡を提供する。【解決手段】眼科用顕微鏡は、照明系と、受光系と、主接眼系と、副接眼系と、制御部とを含む。照明系は、被検眼に照明光を照射する。受光系は、左撮像素子及び右撮像素子を含み、被検眼に照射された照明光の戻り光を左撮像素子及び右撮像素子のそれぞれに導く。主接眼系は、左表示部と左接眼レンズ系と右表示部と右接眼レンズ系とを含む。副接眼系は、一対の表示部と一対の接眼レンズ系とを含む。制御部は、左撮像素子からの出力に基づく画像を左表示部に表示させ、右撮像素子からの出力に基づく画像を右表示部に表示させる。制御部は、左撮像素子及び右撮像素子の少なくとも一方からの出力に基づく画像を主接眼系に対する副接眼系の位置に応じて回転させて一対の表示部に表示させる。【選択図】図1
