Method involves freezing, defrosting and draining of the collected placenta and amniotic membrane. That is followed by separation of the amniotic membrane from the placenta, washing with water, draining and grinding of the separated amniotic membrane. Separated amniotic membrane is then frozen and unfrozen. Then, extraction is performed by decomposition of separated amniotic membrane, wherein purified water and neutral protease are added to amniotic membrane and extraction is carried out at temperature 30–70 degrees for 1–10 hours, or at the extraction step, the water-soluble portion is separated by multiple freezing and thawing of the separated amniotic membrane； wherein placenta and amniotic membrane are collected in horses.
