The invention relates to a chocolate composition with detoxifying and regenerating effect and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the composition comprises 27...40% honey, 28...50% unsaturated fats, 1...5% saturated fats, 0.01...0.3% humic acid and/or fulvic acid, 0.01...0.5% essential oils, 1...15% Maca powder, 0.1...1% aloe vera, 0.5...5% cocoa beans, 1...5% cocoa powder and/or carob powder, 7...28% dry fruits, resveratrol-type antioxidant, usual emulsifiers, spices, medicinal plants, mushrooms, algae, nanometric Ag particles. The process, as claimed, consists in melting saturated and unsaturated fats along with the honey, the humic and/or fulvic acid, at a temperature of 37...39°C, after which the solid ingredients are admixed thereto.Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie de ciocolată cu efect detoxifiant şi regenerant, şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acesteia. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este constituită din 27...40% miere, 28...50% grăsimi nesaturate, 1...5% grăsimi saturate, 0,01...0,3% acid humic şi/sau acid fulvic, 0,01...0,5% uleiuri esenţiale, 1...15% pudră de Maca, 0,1...1% aloe vera, 0,5...5% boabe cacao, 1...5% cacao pudră şi/sau pudră roşcove, 7...28% fructe uscate, antioxidant de tip resveratrol, emulsionant uzual, condimente, plante medicinale, ciuperci, alge, particule nanomerice de Ag.
