PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root vegetable harvester capable of moving a container for reserving crops with needing little labor of a relevant operator.SOLUTION: The root vegetable harvester includes: an apparatus 24 for pulling out and convey crops a reserve stand 122 for reserving a container 107 in which crops have been contained a reserve-moving mechanism 120 for moving the container 107 placed on the reserve stand 122 a conveying apparatus 92 for relaying and conveying crops from the apparatus 24 beneath the apparatus 24 a receiving stand 108 for placing the container 107 for containing crops unloaded from the conveying apparatus 92, on one side of the reserve stand 122 and beneath the conveyance terminal end of the conveying apparatus 92 and a delivery-moving mechanism 101 for delivering the container 107 placed on the receiving stand 108 toward the reserve stand 122.
