The present invention relates to a production method of fermented soybean paste using Dendropanax morbifera which enables general users to easily eat Dendropanax morbifera, and maximizes functions of Dendropanax morbifera which are liver function improvement, antiaging, and anticancer functions by using a Dendropanax morbifera extract and to the fermented soybean paste using Dendropanax morbifera. The production method of fermented soybean paste using Dendropanax morbifera comprises the following steps: a finely cutting step of finely cutting leaves and stem of Dendropanax morbifera to obtain Dendropanax morbifera pieces a first roasting step of firstly roasting the Dendropanax morbifera pieces at 150-250°C for 10-15 minutes to obtain firstly roasted Dendropanax morbifera a rolling and fermenting step of rolling the firstly roasted Dendropanax morbifera, and naturally fermenting the same for 2-3 days to obtain fermented Dendropanax morbifera a second roasting step of roasting the fermented Dendropanax morbifera in a roaster at 80-150°C for 5-10 minutes, while removing the toxicity of the Dendropanax morbifera by blowing wine passing through the inside of the roaster to be discharged to the outside to obtain secondly roasted Dendropanax morbifera an extraction step of inserting the secondly roasted Dendropanax morbifera with water into a heating container, and boiling the mixture for 22-26 hours to obtain a Dendropanax morbifera extract a mixture producing step of adding 23-26 parts by weight of salt to 100 parts by weight of a mixture obtained by mixing the Dendropanax morbifera extract and water an initial soybean paste producing step of inserting the mixture and soybean lumps into a jar, aging the mixture for 30-50 days, and separating and crushing the aged soybean lumps to obtain initial soybean paste a fermentation step of naturally fermenting the initial soybean paste for 5-7 years and a completion step of adding fast-fermented soybeans to the fermented s
