The present invention relates to a modular restoring device of fracture/transformation, comprising a first frame (10) and a second frame (20) which cover arms or legs of a patient while being penetrated by the arms or legs of the patient and face each other at an interval； a third frame (30) which is placed on the first frame (10)； a plurality of variable strut modules (40) of which one end is mounted on the first frame (10), the other end is mounted on the second frame (20), and the length is changed； a first driving module (100) which is mounted on the plurality of variable strut modules (40)； a second driving module (200) which is mounted on the third frame (30)； and fixing means (70) which are coupled to the third frame (30), extended from the third frame (30) in multiple numbers, coupled to the second frame (20), and extended from the second frame (20) in multiple numbers to fix the bone fragments of patient′s arms or legs. Relative locations and postures of the first frame (10) and the second frame (20) are changed according to motions of the variable strut modules (40) by the driving of the first driving module (100), and a location of the third frame (30) is changed by the driving of the second driving module (200), so that driving range expansion and reduction of an accurate location are executed when a fracture portion is rotated and bonded.
