The present invention relates to a joint link restoration apparatus for fracture/transformation. The joint link restoration apparatus comprises: a first and a second frame (10, 20) penetrated by an arm or a leg of a patient to have a shape enclosing the arm or the leg of the patient, and separated to face each other； a plurality of link arms (30), wherein one ends thereof are mounted on the first frame (10), and the other ends thereof are mounted on the second frame (20)； a plurality of driving modules (40) mounted on the plurality of link arms (30)； and a fixing means (50) coupled to the first frame (10) to be extended from the first frame (10) into a plurality of units and coupled to the second frame (20) to be extended from the second frame (20) into a plurality of units to fix bone fragments of the arm or the leg of the patient.
