PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing bones is provided to enable a user to perform an optimal operation according to the various fracture shapes. CONSTITUTION: A screw(10) is inserted into fractured bone. A plate(20) is combined with the screw and is installed at the surface of fractured bone. A washer(30) is combined with the screw on the plate. The plate has an upper surface corresponding to a lower surface which touches the fractured bone. A support pin(40) is installed through the top surface of the plate and washer mounting part.본 발명은 뼈에 다양한 각도로 스크류를 삽입 고정할 수 있고 플레이트로 부터 스크류가 쉽게 이탈하지 않는 골고정장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 골고정장치는 골절된 뼈에 삽입되는 스크류, 및 골절된 뼈에 접촉하는 하부면과 이에 대향하는 상부면을 구비하고, 상기 스크류가 삽입되도록 하부면과 상부면을 관통하는 결합홀이 형성되고, 상기 결합홀은 상부면에 형성된 개구 보다 큰 개구가 하부면에 형성된 플레이트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따르면 다양한 각도로 스크류를 뼈에 삽입 고정할 수 있어 다양한 골절형상에 따른 최적의 시술이 가능하고, 스크류가 와셔에 의해 플레이트에 견고하게 결합됨에 따라 스크류가 이탈하지 않고 골절면을 견고하게 고정할 수 있다.
