PURPOSE: A bone plate for treating fractures and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve treatment efficiency by constantly maintaining the bending intensity of the bone plate according to treatment time. CONSTITUTION: A plate (10) is extended in a longitudinal direction. The plate is made of fiber reinforced composites. Adhesion layers (20) are located on the upper surface of the plate which is opposite to the bone and the lower surface of the plate in contact with the bone. The adhesion layers are made of biolytic materials.
