The scope of the notification is compounds of: (E)-4'-phenyl -4 -methylchalkon oxide of model 2, and (Z)-4'-phenyl -4 -methylchalkon oxide of model 3. The notification also covers the simultaneous receipt of these compounds. This means that a hydrochloride hydroxylamine, anhydrous sodium sulphate (VI), followed by a mixture of organic solvents, is added to the substrate, which is 4'-phenyl -4 -methylchalkon of model 1. and the apparatus is filled with nitrogen. After dissolving the substrates, pyridine is added, which is a reaction mixture, which is protected from light and kept at a temperature from 18oC to 28oC for a period of five to 14 days. The reaction mixture is poured into cold water or ice water and then extracted with an organic solvent that does not mix with water, dry with anhydrous magnesium sulphate and /or anhydrous sodium sulphate and the solvent evaporates, the extract obtained is then purified on a chromatographic column.
