Compounds (E)-4'-phenyl -4 -fluorochalkone with formula 2 and (Z)-4'-phenyl -4 -fluorochalkone with formula 3) are reported. The notification shall also include the means of receiving them simultaneously. This method consists of adding hydrochloride hydroxylamine, anhydrous sodium sulphate (VI), a mixture of organic solvents and the apparatus to the substrate, which is 4'-phenyl -4 -fluorochalkone with formula 1. After dissolving the substrates, pyridine is added,which is a reaction mixture,which is protected from light and kept at a temperature from 18oC to 28oC for a period of five to 14 days. The reaction mixture is poured into cold water or ice water and then extracted with an organic solvent that does not mix with water,dry with anhydrous magnesium sulphate and /or anhydrous sodium sulphate and the solvent evaporates,the extract obtained is then purified on a chromatographic column.
