A CONTROL UNIT (21) DRIVES THE FIRST LIFTING DRIVE UNIT TO KEEP THE SEALED SPACE WHILE THE INNER FOOD MATERIAL IS EXTRUDED. ACCORDINGLY, THE INNER FOOD MATERIAL CAN BE PREVENTED FROM LEAKING OUT FROM THE SEALING PORTION WHEN THE OUTER FOOD MATERIAL IS SEALED.
