A method for preparing microparticles, comprising: (a) providing a hollow microsphere； (b) immersing the hollow microsphere in an amine solution, thus allowing amino groups to be produced on the surface of the hollow microsphere； (c) adding a polypeptide, and grafting the polypeptide to the amino groups on the surface of the hollow microsphere； and, (d) adding a target molecule, and connecting the target molecule to non-bonded amino groups on the surface of the hollow microsphere.L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de microparticules, comprenant les étapes suivantes : (a) obtention d'une microsphère creuse ； (b) immersion de la microsphère creuse dans une solution d'amine, ce qui permet la production de groupes amino sur la surface de la microsphère creuse ； (c) addition d'un polypeptide, et greffage du polypeptide aux groupes amino sur la surface de la microsphère creuse ； et (d) addition d'une molécule cible, et connexion de la molécule cible à des groupes amino non liés sur la surface de la microsphère creuse.
