A hollow microparticle comprising: a) a hollow microsphere, b) a plurality of connecting molecules connected to the surface of the microsphere, c) a polypeptide connected to at least one connecting molecule, and d) a target molecule connected to at least one connecting molecule. The hollow microsphere is capable of utilizing the hollow structure, the polypeptide, and the target molecule to increase the amount of cells carried and the probability of a successful transplant. Also provided are a preparation method for the hollow sphere and a cell carrier.L'invention concerne une microparticule creuse comprenant : a) une microsphère creuse, b) une pluralité de molécules de liaison reliées à la surface de la microsphère, c) un polypeptide relié à au moins une molécule de liaison, et d) une molécule cible reliée à au moins une molécule de liaison. La microsphère creuse est apte à utiliser la structure creuse, le polypeptide et la molécule cible pour augmenter la quantité de cellules portées et la probabilité de succès d'une transplantation. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de la sphère creuse et d'un support de cellules.
