PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article and a diaper, which can keep a comfortable wearing feeling, by keeping the straining performance for excrements.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 includes: a front surface sheet 10 a rear surface sheet 20 which is installed in parallel with the front surface sheet 10 with a gap and an absorbent body 30 which is installed between the front surface sheet 10 and the rear surface sheet 20. The absorbent body 30 is directly stacked with the front surface sheet 10 and the rear surface sheet 20, which are installed in the closest vicinity of the absorbent body 30.
