PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unheated meat cake having new texture due to mixing animal meat and boiled rice with meat cake ingredients, and to provide a method for producing an unheated meat cake.SOLUTION: The unheated meat cake is obtained by coating ingredients including the mixture of minced meat of animal meat and seasoned boiled rice, and the outer part (the surface of unheated meat cake), with crums.
