The Chinese pepper composition washing water is mixed with the extract, and fish is dipped into the mixture before drying.본말명은 산초 조성물을 이용한 건어물 제조방법으로산초조성물이라하면, 산초와 옻과 어성초 축출물을 말하는데 옻에는 살균, 방부 항암효과가 우수하고 산초에는 비린내를 없게하고, 항균 및 살충효과가 있고 어성초 역시 황색포도상구균, 대장균, 폐렴균을 99.9% 살균하는 약초로 높이 평가 하고 있다.또한,옻진액은 독성이 많고 물에 용해되지 않는 것을 본 발명에서는 새로운 방법으로 옻독성을 제거하고, 물에 잘녹게하여 산초조성물을 제조하여, 건어물을 제조 할 때, 제일 마지막 세척수에 상기 산초조성물을 일정한 비율로 용해하여, 건어물을 침적시켜 건조하면 비린냄새가 없고 오랫동안, 썩지 않고, 방부효과가 있고 세균이 서식지 않는 기능성 건어물을 제조 하는 것이 본발명의 기술 요지이다.
