PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which adhesion between an absorbent core and a core wrap sheet hardly comes off, and an absorber hardly collapses.SOLUTION: A diaper 1 includes a top surface sheet 2, a rear surface sheet 3, and a longitudinal absorber 4 arranged between both the sheets 2 and 3. The absorber 4 has an absorbent core 41 and a covering material 42 covering the core. The absorber 4 is formed by fixing both a skin side covering material 421 of the covering material 42 and a skin opposite surface 41T of the absorbent core 41 through a skin side adhesive agent 5T, and fixing both a non-skin side covering material 422 of the covering material 42 and a non-skin opposite surface 41U of the absorbent core 41 through a non-skin side adhesive agent 5U. The skin side adhesive agent 5T and the non-skin side adhesive agent 5U are applied intermittently in an X direction, and linearly in a Y direction.
