PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is excellent in shape retention of an absorbent core when worn, and is excellent and stable in excretion absorption performance and wear feeling.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 includes: a liquid retentive absorbent core 40 and a skin side core wrap sheet 41 covering a skin facing surface of the absorbent core 40. To the skin facing surface of the absorbent core 40, adhesive 9 is attached to the adhesive attached surface, the skin side core wrap sheet 41 is bonded via the adhesive 9.
