PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet body, in the case of packaged boiled rice mass packaged with the packaged sheet body using a single external sheet without a separable part, intended for easily performing an operation of winding a sheet-like food around the external film by untying packaging and taking out the boiled rice mass.SOLUTION: A packaging sheet body 1 is obtained by weakly connecting a first internal film 31 to one end of a single external film 2 without a separable part, and connecting a second internal film 32 having extension parts 33 and 33 on both the sides to the other end of the external film.
