PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged rice mass intended for directly winding a sheet-like food without deforming a rice mass, around an oblong packaged rice mass packaged with a package sheet holding a sheet-like food between an external film and an internal film.
SOLUTION: This packaged rice mass is such that a sheet-like food 4 is directly wound around a rice mass 6 as winding around the rice mass 6 by tearing and dividing an external film 2 on a dividable part 21 of the center of the film, crossing at right angles to the winding direction of a package sheet 1, and expanding an interval between both dividing edges followed by supporting the rice mass 6 with one hand from above the sheet-like food 4, pulling out the label side of the package sheet 1 to the outside with the other hand, and drawing out both external film half bodies and both the film pieces 31 and 32 of an internal film 3 together as leaving the sheet-like food 4.
