PURPOSE: A moisture mask pack with improved intensity and elasticity and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase physical strength of the composition of the mask pack. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a moisture mask pack is as follows. A calcium lactate aqueous solution is prepared by adding 0.01-3 weight% of calcium lactate to 60-90 weight% of purified water and stirring the calcium lactate and purified water. Three elements selected from 5-30 weight% of glycerine, 0.1-3 weight% of xanthan gum, 0.1-3 weight% of tamarind gum, 0.1-3 weight% of ceratonia silica gum, 0.1-3 weight% of carrageenan, 0.05-3 weight% of arabian gum, and 0.01-3 weight% of gellan gum are mixed and stirred. Hydrosol is prepared by mixing the calcium lactate solution with gel composition and mixing the mixture thereof. A mask pack composition is prepared by adding 0.01-5 weight% of a functional additive to hydrosol, stirring the mixture thereof, and defoaming for 10-20 minutes. A mask pack film is manufactured by coating a thin film with the mask pack composition and cooling the film. The mask pack film is cut into a face shape.본 발명은 마스크팩용 조성물을 필름 상에 도포하여 제조되는 강도와 탄력성이 향상된 수분 마스크팩 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 상기 조성물의 제반 물성을 개선하여 마스크팩의 착용감과 투명한 시각적 효과를 향상시키고, 물리적 강도를 증대시켜 쉽게 찢어지지 않는 수분 마스크팩 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 수분 마스크팩은 수분유지력, 항균성, 투명성이 향상되어 촉촉한 느낌이 오래가고 위생적이며 강도와 신율이 증가하여 잘 찢어지지 않으므로 사용이 편리하고, 또한 청량한 느낌의 시각적 효과가 우수하고 얼굴 피부에 느껴지는 감촉이 향상되어 고품질의 마스크팩 제조가 가능하다.
