A method for manufacturing a mask pack according to the present invention comprises: a first step of adding 0.01-5 parts by weight of calcium lactate with respect to 100 parts by weight of purified water, and stirring, distributing and heating the mixture in a mixing tank to manufacture a calcium lactate aqueous solution； a second step of lyophilizing collected seaweed and crushing the lyophilized seaweed to manufacture seaweed powder； a third step of mixing at least three among 10-35 parts by weight of polyhydric alcohol, 0.1-4 parts by weight of ceratonia siliqua gum, 0.1-4 parts by weight of carrageenan, 0.5-4 parts by weight of Arabian rubber, 0.1-4 parts by weight of gellan gum, and 0.5-6 parts by weight of locust bean gum with 0.001-0.1 part by weight of an additive with respect to 100 parts by weight of purified water and heating the mixture to manufacture a gelation composition； a fourth step of stirring and mixing 0.1-3 parts by weight of the calcium lactate aqueous solution with respect to 100 parts by weight of the gelation composition, and additively inputting 0.1-2 parts by weight of the seaweed powder into the mixture, stirring and mixing the mixture and maintaining a heated state to manufacture hydrosol； a fifth step of adding 0.01-5 parts by weight of a functional additive with respect to 100 parts by weight of the hydrosol, and stirring and defoaming the mixture to manufacture a mask pack composition； a sixth step of cooling the mask pack composition and roll-coating a thin film with the mask pack composition to manufacture a mask pack film； and a seventh step of cutting the mask pack film into a regular shape for a face, a neck, a nose, an arm, and a skin under an eye.
