The present invention relates to a cooling device for a coffee bean roaster, and more specifically, to a cooling device for a coffee bean roaster in which roasted coffee beans are reduced in speed as a path is bent by a cooling collision plate on the inside of a cooling pipe, and are made to be deeply flavored and tasted so as to be cooled more rapidly by cool air emitted from the cooling collision plate. According to the present invention, it is possible to blow cool air to the inside of the cooling pipe through a plurality of air inlet pipes directly connected to the inside of the cooling collision plate inserted into the cooling pipe, and thus roasted coffee beans freely fall along the length of the cooling pipe to be rapidly cooled by wind in a short period of time. Therefore, it is possible to minimize escape of aroma from coffee beans, thereby increasing deep flavor and taste of coffee at the same time.본 발명은 커피 원두 로스팅기의 냉각장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 로스팅된 커피 원두가 냉각관의 내부에서 냉각충돌판에 의해 경로가 꺾이면서 속도가 줄어들게 하고, 냉각충돌판에서 분출되는 차가운 공기에 의해 보다 신속하게 냉각되도록 커피의 깊은 향과 맛을 낼 수 있도록 하는 커피 원두 로스팅기의 냉각장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 냉각관에 삽입된 냉각충돌판의 내부에 직접 연결된 다수의 공기주입관을 통해 냉각관의 내부에 차가운 바람을 불어넣을 수 있어서 로스팅된 원두가 냉각관의 길이를 따라 자유낙하하면서 차가운 바람에 의해 짧은 시간내에 빠르게 급냉각할 수 있고, 이에 따라 원두에서 커피의 향이 빠져나가는 것을 최소화시킬 수 있으므로 커피의 깊은 향과 맛을 동시 높여줄 수 있는 효과가 있다.
