PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE EXTRACT OF ARUNCUS DIOICUS VAR. KAMTSCHATICUS AS AN EFFECTIVE COMPONENT FOR PREVENTION OR TREATMENT OF THROMBOSIS AND HEALTH FUNCTIONAL FOOD COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and a health supplement for preventing or treating thrombosis which include extract of Aruncusdioicusvar.kamtschaticus as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating thrombosis which includes extract of Aruncusdioicusvar.kamtschaticus, especially fractions of ethyl acetate of ethanol extract, as active ingredients and to a health supplement which includes the extract or fractions. The Aruncusdioicusvar.kamtschaticus antithrombotic active material of the present invention can: be obtained by extracting the Aruncusdioicusvar.kamtschaticus using ethanol and preparing extract and dividing using ethyl acetate； efficiently suppress thrombosis； and be used for preventing or treating thrombosis such as ischemic stroke and cerebral hemorrhage through improvement of blood flow. Other than that, the extract of Aruncusdioicusvar.kamtschaticus and ethyl acetate fractions do not show oral acute toxic and chronic toxic, have enhanced thermal stability, and do not show loss of inhibition of prothrombin under pH2 acid condition and inside plasma in order to be prepared in forms which can be taken at any time by being processed into various forms such as extract, powder, pill, tablet, and the likes so that the extract of Aruncusdioicusvar.kamtschaticus and ethyl acetate fractions are useful invention in food and drug industries.
