PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a manuring nozzle from roughening the upper face of ridge, while causing the manuring nozzle to follow the vertical turning of a top plate.SOLUTION: A ridging and manuring machine 9 is used as connected to a traveling machine body 1 having a tilling unit 3 and simultaneously ridges and manures includes a ridge-forming unit 10 for forming ridges on soil tilled by a tilling unit 3, and a manuring unit 12 for discharging paste manure into the formed ridges via a manuring nozzle 11. The ridge-forming unit 10 includes a top plate 18 for forming the top faces of ridges. The top plate 18 is designed to freely turn vertically with its front end portion serving as a fulcrum, and forms the top faces of ridges while being in a state in which the top plate 18 is fixed in an optional vertically turned position or in a state in which vertical turning of the top plate 18 is permitted.
