PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing device in which the positions of pressing protrusions can finely be adjusted in the user's shoulder width direction and also in the height direction, and the finely adjusted protrusions can firmly be held at the positions.SOLUTION: A pressing device 1 comprises: a substrate 2 where multiple holes 4 penetrated or recessed from one plate surface to the other plate surface have the same shape and are separated to each other； and protrusions 5 for forming pressing protrusions 6 at the tip side and forming convex parts 7 fitted to the holes 4 and detachably inserted to the holes 4 at the base end side. The pressing device 1 is prepared for at least one set of the pair of protrusions 5 with the protrusions 6 having the same shape. In the pressing device 1, the multiple holes 4 each have a regular polygon in a plan view, and provided on one plate surface 3a vertically and horizontally, and further, the convex parts 7 are regular polygonal prism parts fitted to the holes 4.
