To provide a sushi forming mold capable of forming an integrated shape of a sushi topping and sushi rice.SOLUTION: A mold 5 is configured with an upper mold 1 having a plurality of sushi rice ball forming holes 2 formed by penetration, and a lower mold 4 which may be attached to the lower side of the upper mold and has a plurality of closing projections 3 capable of closing each of lower openings 2b of the plurality of sushi rice ball forming holes. A pressing plate 7 is provided, which has downward pressing projections 6 corresponding to the upper openings 2a of the plurality of sushi rice ball forming holes. The mold 5 is placed on a flat surface 8. In a state where sushi toppings and rice block are supplied in the plurality of sushi rice ball forming holes 2, under a state where each downward pressing projection 6 of the pressing plate 7 is fit to each upper opening 2a of the sushi rice ball forming hole 2, downward pressure may be applied.
