PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a hollow needle-like body device for easily and precisely forming a hollow hole in a short time in a desired position on each of a plurality of needle-like bodies even from a rear surface of a colored base plate, and the hollow needle-like body device manufactured by the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a hollow needle-like body device which has at least one needle-like body 10 formed on one surface 12a of a base plate 12 and a through-hole 16 formed in a prescribed position of the needle-like body includes: an alignment mark forming process for forming alignment marks including through-holes in a plurality of prescribed positions related to a tip end of the needle-like body in a region where no needle-like body is formed on one surface of the base plate of the hollow needle-like body device having at least one needle-like body formed on one surface of the base plate and a needle-like body through-hole forming process for forming the through-hole in the prescribed position of the needle-like body from the other surface of the base plate based on the plurality of the alignment marks.
