PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule having suppressed odor and bitterness of a medicinal effective ingredient, deterioration by oxygen, sublimation and volatility of the medicinal effective ingredient.SOLUTION: A method for producing a coated granule is characterized as follows. Coating of 100 pts. of a coarse granule containing the medicinal effective ingredient and having &le1% degree of wear, 100-1,700 &mum average grain diameter and &ge0.8 shape factor with &ge10 pts.
