PURPOSE: A Chinese cabbage core removing apparatus is provided to automate all processes in a kimchi manufacturing factory by automatically removing the core from Chinese cabbages.CONSTITUTION: A turn-table includes plural radially arranged through-holes (110). A working container is located on the upper side of the turn-table to be located on the through-holes. A gripping device grips Chinese cabbages when the Chinese cabbages are inserted into the working container which is located under an insertion device. A cutting device cuts the Chinese cabbage cores from the lower side of the Chinese cabbages, and discharges the cores to the lower side. A Chinese cabbage cutting device (900) is installed on the lower side of the through-holes for cutting the falling Chinese cabbages.
