According to the present invention, a composition for seasoning laver by using coriander, a method for manufacturing seasoned laver by using coriander, and seasoned laver using coriander are suggested to season laver with a seasoning solution mixed with coriander powder in a laver roasting process, so as to enable a user to feel unique taste and flavor of coriander from the laver, and thereby an application range of coriander and laver is extended, and profit improvement of coriander farmers as well as laver farmers and a laver processing company is promoted. According to the present invention, the composition is manufactured by mixing a coriander powder mixed extract of 3.0 to 9.5 wt% comprising coriander powder of 45 to 80 wt%, ginger powder of 4.0 to 7.5 wt%, garlic powder of 4.0 to 7.5 wt%, leaf alcohol of 2 to 10 wt%, and maltodextrin of 10 to 30 wt% with corn oil of 75 to 92 wt%, sesame oil of 3 to 10 wt%, seasoned salt of 1.0 to 2.0 wt%, and chili seed oil of 1.0 to 2.5 wt%.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명에서는 김을 굽는 과정에서 고수분말이 혼합된 조미액으로 조미하여 구워진 김으로부터 고수 특유의 맛과 풍미감을 느낄 수 있도록 함으로써 고수 및 김의 적용범위를 한층 확대시키고, 김의 판매촉진을 도모하여 김 생산농가와 가공업체는 물론, 고수 생산농가의 수익확대를 도모할 수 있도록 한 새로운 고수(香菜)를 이용한 김용 조미액 조성물과 고수를 이용한 조미 김의 제조방법 및 고수를 이용한 조미 김이 제안된다.본 발명은 고수분말 45∼80중량%, 생강분말 4.0∼7.5중량% 마늘분말 4.0∼7.5중량%, 리프알코올(Leaf alcohol) 2∼10중량%, 말토덱스트린 10∼30중량%로 이루어진 고수분말 혼합엑기스 3.0∼9.5중량%를 옥배유 75∼92중량%, 참기름 3∼10중량%, 맛소금 1.0∼3.0중량%, 고추씨기름 1.0∼2.5중량%에 혼합하여 된 특징을 갖는다.
