The present invention relates to a plastic sheet lifting device for a plastic greenhouse, comprising: a lifting unit (110)； a first lifting guide unit (120)； a second lifting guide unit (130)； and a fixing line hanger (140). The lifting unit (110) comprises a frame (116), a motor (112) provided on one side of the frame (116), a lift line winding bobbin (114) provided on the other side of the frame (116) and rotated by the motor (112) to allow a lift line (150) to be wound on the outer surface thereof, a lifting line winding bobbin (117) installed on the frame (116) to allow a fixing line lifting line (117a) for lifting a fixing line (30) to be wound thereon, and fixing bars (118) protruding from the upper surface of the frame (116) while being evenly spaced apart from each other. The first lifting guide unit (120) is fixed to both side end portions of the frame of the plastic greenhouse, wherein a plurality of first support rods (122) whose lower end portions are inserted and fixed in the fixing bar (118) are connected by a connection bar (124), and first holding holes (126) configured to be hung on the frame of the plastic greenhouse are provided at upper end portions at both ends of a first support rod (122). The second lifting guide unit (130) is provided wherein second holding holes (134) are provided at both ends of an upper portion of a second support rod (132) formed in ′Y′ shape and disposed between the first lifting guide units (130). The fixing line hanger (140) is releasably attached to an upper end of one side of the second lifting guide unit (130) and lifts the fixing line lifting line (117a), thereby causing fixing lines to be lifted upwardly from the frame.
