The present invention relates to a vinyl house frame manufacturing apparatus. The apparatus has a vinyl sheet fitting groove formed on a side surface in the length direction and a fixture, which is an elastic body capable of adjusting the width and is used to press the vinyl sheet to fit a vinyl sheet to the vinyl sheet fitting groove, secured to be fixed to the vinyl sheet frame, thereby manufacturing a frame of a vinyl house. More specifically, the apparatus includes a circular pipe manufacturing unit which inputs a band-shaped metal plate having a selected thickness and a selected width between multiple forming rollers, presses the band-shaped metal plate in vertical and horizontal directions sequentially to form a circular pipe, heats the joint part of the facing ends with a high frequency heater to have the ends bonded together, and sprays a zinc melt to coat the pipe a frame manufacturing unit which presses the circular pipe manufactured by the circular pipe manufacturing unit in the vertical direction and both outer surfaces thereof to form a rectangular pipe in order to manufacture a frame having the vinyl sheet fitting groove having a narrow inlet on the upper surface of the rectangular pipe and widening to the inner side and a frame cutting unit which cuts the manufactured frame at a predetermined length.
