The present invention relates to a vinyl sheet covering apparatus. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vinyl sheet covering apparatus which reduces fatigue from work by rotating soil covering disks by power and makes soil correctly cover both end portions of a vinyl sheet by stable rotation of the soil covering disks. The vinyl sheet covering apparatus for achieving the purpose of the present invention comprises: a frame which has a mount bar on one end portion thereof and a grip on the other end portion thereof and also has a connection bar which connects the mount bar to the grip； bobbin support tools which are arranged on both sides of the frame to allow a bobbin around which the vinyl sheet for covering banks of fields to be mounted thereon； covering wheels which are joined with both end portions of the mount bar and rotate while pressing the vinyl sheet released from the bobbin mount on the bobbin support tools； and the soil covering disks which are located on a rear side of the covering wheels, scoop soil up, and then cover, with the soil, the both end portions of the vinyl sheet located on grooves of a bank.
