PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged particle radiotherapy device which can secure versatility in an irradiation direction to a patient while being downsized.SOLUTION: A charged particle radiotherapy device 1 comprises: an accelerator 3 a placing table 5 that allows a patient P to be placed and held thereon and is movable a fixed transportation line 13 that extends in a direction intersecting with a horizontal plane and is fixed so as not to move relatively to the accelerator 3 and an irradiation line 15 that is connected to a downstream side of the fixed transportation line 13, deflects a charged particle beam B from the fixed transportation line 13 at an angle less than 90° and allows for at least vertical irradiation of the charged particle beam B and horizontal irradiation of the charged particle beam B.
