An optical tomography device is an optical tomography device that includes a first light source and an optical device configured to guide first light from the first light source to a measurement target eye and detect interference light obtained from reflected light from the measurement target eye. The optical tomography device further includes: a second light source configured to emit aiming light indicative of a position to which the first light is applied and an optical probe having an opening at a distal end and configured capable of being inserted in an eyeball. The optical probe applies the first light, into the measurement target eye through the opening, guides the reflected light to the optical device, and applies, through the opening, the aiming light to the position to which the first light is applied.
