PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe-type optical tomographic photographing apparatus capable of obtaining a tomographic image of excellent contrast.SOLUTION: An optical tomographic photographing apparatus 1 includes: an interference optical system 10 which divides light outputted by a measurement light source 11 into measurement light and reference light, irradiates a subject with the measurement light via a probe 2 to be inserted in the subject, repeatedly scans the measurement light, and detects interference between reflection light of the measurement light and the reference light by a detector 19 and a control part 30. The control part 30 acquires a tomographic image on the basis of an OCT signal from the detector 19 and adjusts contrast of a tomographic image on the basis of brightness distribution in a closed part area which is near outside the probe 2 than a light shielding member 61 in the probe 2 among tomographic images to be acquired and in which the measurement light is shielded by the light shielding member 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】コントラストの良好な断層画像を得ることができるプローブ型の光断層像撮影装置を提供すること。【解決手段】光断層像撮影装置1は、測定光源11から出力された光を測定光と参照光とに分割し、被検体内に挿入されるプローブ2を介して,被検体に測定光を照射し,且つ,測定光を繰り返し走査し、測定光の反射光と参照光との干渉を検出器19によって検出する干渉光学系10と、制御部30と、を備える。制御部30は、検出器19からのOCT信号に基づいて断層画像を取得し、取得される断層画像のうち、プローブ2における遮光部材61よりもプローブ2の外側の領域であって、遮光部材61によって測定光が遮られる閉口部エリアにおける輝度分布に基づいて、断層画像のコントラストを調整する。【選択図】 図6
