PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like material having a surface layer, and a middle layer of a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film and a backing layer in this order in a portion, and thereby achieve "suppression of detachment and tear of the middle layer" and "improvement of washing durability", etc.SOLUTION: A sheet is provided for covering bedding with a sheet-like material 2. The sheet-like material 2 has at least a surface layer 3, a middle layer 4 formed at the side of a back side 3b of the surface layer 3 and being a film of the polytetrafluoroethylene, and a backing layer formed at the side of a back side 4b of the middle layer 4. The sheet-like material 2 is at least a portion of the sheet 1. Anti-slip processing 6 is performed at the side of a back side 5b of the backing layer, or a basis weight M3 of the surface layer 3 may be larger than the basis weight M5 of the backing layer.
