PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in the conventional transplanter, when a machine body turns around or the machine body corrects an advancing direction, if a ridge-end sensor plunges into a ridge from a left/right side, the ridge-end sensor may be damaged.SOLUTION: An onion seedling transplanter includes: a traveling vehicle body 500 having left/right front wheels 740L and 740R a planting device 820 provided on the traveling vehicle body 500 for planting the onion seedling left/right front press wheels 210L and 210R that are disposed in front of a planting position P where the planting device 820 performs the planting, between the left/right front wheels 740L and 740R, for pressing the ridge and a ridge-end sensor 110 that is disposed between the left/right front press wheels 210L and 210R for detecting arrival to the end of the ridge.【課題】 従来の移植機においては、畝終端センサーが機体の旋回時または機体の進行方向の修正時などに左右側方から畝に突入すると、畝終端センサーの損傷が発生することがある。 【解決手段】 左右の前輪740Lおよび740Rを有する走行車体500と、走行車体500に設けられた、玉葱の苗の植付けを行う植付け装置820と、植付け装置820が植付けを行う植付け位置Pよりも前側で、左右の前輪740Lおよび740Rの間に配置された、畝の鎮圧を行う左右の前鎮圧輪210Lおよび210Rと、左右の前鎮圧輪210Lおよび210Rの間に配置された、畝の終端への到達の検出を行う畝終端センサー110と、を備えることを特徴とする、玉葱苗移植機である。【選択図】 図1
