The present invention relates to an apparatus for peeling a Welsh onion, which can be easily used due to a simple structure while increasing the efficiency of peeling a Welsh onion, and can easily collect and discard by-products such as the peeled skin of a Welsh onion, soil, etc. The apparatus comprises: a frame； a suction body which is fixedly installed in the frame, has a hollow interior as front and rear sides thereof are opened, and includes an air inlet hole formed on one outer circumferential surface thereof to penetrate therethrough in order for compressed air to be introduced into the inside； a nozzle body which has a cylindrical shape and inserted and coupled to the inside of the front side of the suction body, has a ring-shaped air deliver groove formed to be recessed on the outer circumferential surface thereof to be connected with the air inlet hole of the suction body, and includes a plurality of air injection holes that are radially formed at a rear end thereof to penetrate therethrough to be individually connected with the air delivery groove, so as to peel the skin of a Welsh onion that is inserted into the inside of the front side of the suction body； and a discharge tube which is coupled to a rear end of the suction body by a nipple to discharge the peeled skin of the Welsh onion to the rear side.
