According to one embodiment of the present invention, a portable heating laser fomentation device comprises: a carbon heating element having a heating means made of a carbon heating wire, a temperature sensor for measuring a temperature of the heating means, a driving switch for supplying and shutting off power depending on the heating temperature of the heating means, and a heating body in which the heating means, the temperature sensor and the driving switch are installed； a laser irradiation unit for irradiating a low-power medical laser； a case in which the carbon heating element and the laser irradiation unit are installed inside and a heat dissipating groove for constantly maintaining the inner temperature is formed, and a handle member is provided to easy to carry； a display unit provided in an upper portion of the case and displaying set data of the carbon heating element and the laser irradiation unit； and a control unit for controlling the power and the temperature of the portable heating laser fomentation device.본 발명은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 휴대용 온열 레이저 찜질기에 있어서, 탄소열선으로 이루어진 발열수단과 상기 발열수단의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서와 상기 발열수단의 발열 온도에 따라 전원을 공급 및 차단하는 구동 스위치 및 상기 발열수단, 온도센서 및 구동 스위치가 설치되는 발열본체로 이루어진 탄소발열체； 저출력 의료용 레이저를 조사하는 레이저 조사부； 내부에 상기 탄소발열체 및 레이저 조사부가 설치되며, 상기 온열 찜질기의 내부 온도를 일정하게 유지하는 방열홈이 형성되고, 휴대가 용이하도록 손잡이 부재가 구성된 케이스； 상기 케이스의 상부에 구성되어 상기 탄소발열체 및 레이저 조사부의 설정 데이터가 표시되는 디스플레이부； 및 상기 휴대용 온열 레이저 찜질기의 전원 제어 및 온도 제어가 이루어지는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
