PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor capable of generating a curved surface optional poly-sectional reconfigured image including more abnormal place images, and a medical image processing program.SOLUTION: A medical image processor relating to an embodiment of this invention includes a core line extraction part 22 for extracting a core line of a tubular structure from medical three-dimensional image data, a cutting line setting part 24 for setting a straight line in an abnormal cross section which crosses the core line and goes through an abnormal place included in the abnormal cross section as an abnormal cutting line about each of abnormal cross sections being the tubular structure which crosses the core line and includes the abnormal place, and an image generation part 25 for generating a twisted curved surface optional poly-sectional reconfigured image so as to go through the abnormal cutting line.【課題】より多くの異常箇所画像を含む曲面任意多断面再構成画像を生成することができる医用画像処理装置および医用画像処理プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態に係る医用画像処理装置は、医用３次元画像データから管状構造物の芯線を抽出する芯線抽出部２２と、芯線に直交するとともに異常箇所を含む管状構造物の管断面である異常断面のそれぞれについて、芯線と交わるとともに異常断面に含まれる異常箇所を通る異常断面内の直線を異常切断線として設定する切断線設定部２４と、異常切断線を通るようにねじれ曲面任意多断面再構成画像を生成する画像生成部２５と、を備えたものである。【選択図】 図２
