The present invention relates to a robotic medical method for monitoring the breathing of a patient and robotic trajectory correction, in which the breathing of a patient is subjected to mechanical ventilation； instants during said mechanical ventilation are determined as a function of time in which said patient is in an original position and in a high position； at said determined instants, captures of images of an anatomical zone of said patient in said original position and said high position； at least one three-dimensional displacement vector of said zone is determined between said original and high positions； and the robotic trajectory is corrected according to each three-dimensional vector.La présente invention concerne un procédé médical robotisé de surveillance de la respiration d'un patient et de correction de la trajectoire robotisée, dans lequel la respiration d'un patient est soumise à une ventilation mécanique ； on détermine en fonction du temps des instants au cours de ladite ventilation mécanique dans lesquels ledit patient se trouve dans une position d'origine et dans une position haute； on effectue auxdits instants déterminés des captures d'images d'une zone anatomique dudit patient dans ladite position d'origine et ladite position haute ； on détermine au moins un vecteur de déplacement tridimensionnel de ladite zone entre lesdites positions d'origine et haute ； et on corrige la trajectoire robotisée en fonction de chaque vecteur tridimensionnel.
