A 3D printer coupled with a mixer and a cell support made using the same are disclosed. The 3D printer according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a hydrogel supply unit for supplying hydrogel in a sol state； a curing agent supply unit for supplying a cross linker in a fluid state； a dispenser including a mixer for mixing the hydrogel and a curing agent from the hydrogel supply unit and the curing agent supply unit and mixing the mixture in a passive manner while flowing along a mixing channel formed therein, and a nozzle in which the mixture mixed by the mixer is discharged. According to the embodiment of the present invention, various hydrogels can be homogeneously mixed with the curing agent and have a sufficient residence time, thereby enabling the mixture to be discharged immediately before curing.믹서가 결합된 3D 프린터 및 이를 이용하여 제작된 세포지지체가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 3D 프린터는, 졸 상태의 하이드로젤(hydrogel)을 공급하는 하이드로젤 공급부； 유체 상태의 경화제(cross linker)를 공급하는 경화제 공급부； 상기 하이드로젤 공급부와 상기 경화제 공급부로부터 각각 상기 하이드로젤과 상기 경화제가 유입되어 내부에 형성된 믹싱 채널을 따라 유동하면서 패시브(passive) 방식으로 혼합되는 믹서와, 상기 믹서에 의해 혼합된 혼합물이 토출되는 노즐이 구비된 디스펜서를 포함할 수 있다.
