A fastening steel plate for internal fixation of an acromioclavicular joint dislocation, comprising an anchoring steel plate (1) at a distal end of a collarbone and a fastening steel plate (2) at a distal end of a shoulder blade ridge. Two to five anchoring screw holes are provided at a proximal end of the anchoring steel plate (1) and two to five recess screw holes (4) are provided at a distal end, a spherical recess (5) is provided at the middle of the recess screw hole (4). Two to five fastening screw holes (6) are provided at a proximal end of the fastening steel plate (2), and two to four fastening slanting pin holes (7) are provided at a distal end. A gradually thickening and narrowing arch arm (8) is disposed at a distal end side of the fastening steel plate (2), and a fastening ball (9) is disposed at the distal end of the arch arm (8).
