PURPOSE: A feed additive for livestock containing polyurushiol, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the antibacterial effect and the anti-coccidium effect of the polyurushiol to animal feed. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of feed additive for livestock containing polyurushiol comprises the following steps: mixing raw lacquer and ethanol, and centrifugal separating for separating an ethanol layer to obtain an urushiol layer； heating the urushiol layer at 40~100deg C for removing the ethanol and the moisture； mixing the obtained urushiol extract with an excipient, for dispersing urushiol inside the excipient； high temperature heating the mixture for hardening； and crushing the hardened mixture.본 발명은 폴리우루시올을 포함하는 가축용 사료첨가제 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 생옻에서 추출한 우루시올을 부형제에 혼합하고 부형제와 혼합된 우루시올의 중합반응을 유도하여서 제조되는, 항균성 및 항콕시듐성이 우수한 폴리우루시올을 포함하는 가축용 사료 첨가제 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.상기 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리우루시올이 함유된 사료첨가제는 우수한 항균효과, 방충 효과 및 항콕시듐 효과로 동물의 장을 튼튼하게 하여 생존율과 항생제를 적게 또는 전혀 투여하지 않게 할 수도 있다.
