PURPOSE: A producing method of feed containing black garlic is provided to improve the immunity of domestic animals by offering the medicinal effects of the black garlic. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of feed containing black garlic comprises the following: preparing the black garlic and dipping the black garlic in a black garlic extract for 1-2 days(S10)； drying the black garlic inside a drier for 1-3 days(S11)； crushing the dried black garlic with a crusher to obtain black garlic powder(S12)； mixing 30-50 parts of black garlic powder by weight with 100 parts of feed for domestic animals by weight(S13)； and adding 10 parts of black garlic extract by weight into the mixture to obtain a paste, and granulate the paste for drying(S15,S16).본 발명 흑마늘이 함유된 사료의 제조방법은 a) 흑마늘을 준비하는 단계； b) 준비된 흑마늘을 건조기에서 1~3일간 완전 건조하는 단계； c) 건조된 흑마늘을 분쇄기로 분쇄하여 흑마늘 분말을 준비하는 단계； d) 가축 사료 100중량부에 상기 흑마늘 분말 30~50중량부를 혼합하는 단계를 포함한다. 이에 의하면, 흑마늘의 약리 효과에 의하여 전염병 등의 질병으로부터 가축의 면역력이 증가되어 가축의 질병 발생율이 저하되어 폐사율이 현저히 감소되며, 흑마늘의 유효 성분이 함유된 고품질의 닭고기, 돼지 고기, 소고기 등의 육류 생산이 가능해지는 이점이 있다.
